Shipping Policy
Most item(s) will be shipped USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate fee of $4.95 (usually 2-3 business days to ship). Any orders placed after 3.p.m est. will be shipped on the next business day.
Gift Baskets & Special Gifts
These items ship separately from all other orders. For example: If purchasing soap and gift basket, or 24 kt rose, you must place 2 separate orders, both with separate shipping charges. Gift baskets and special gifts, must be shipped alone for packaging room and protection. 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!! The shipping charge per gift basket/special gift is $9.95/ economy shipping. Returns
Due to the nature of our products and the inefficiency that returns cause, we do not normally accept returns on products. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If product was damaged or is defective, we offer credit, replacement, or refund (will be determined case by case at our discretion).
We will ship your product as it becomes available. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products you have ordered tha are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
Other Payment Options
We accept money orders and checks. For all money order and check payment: Do not order from on-line store! Submit order via-email, including product name and quantity. An order invoice will be submitted back with total amount, including shipping. Once payment is received, item(s) will be shipped. A 10 day waiting period applies to all payments made with a personal check. Once check clears, item(s) will be be shipped promptly.
